With all the diet trends taking place all over the world now, I was contacted by Recommended in Denmark to discuss these trends in the U.S. They were very interested in learning how the raw food program is emerging and becoming an exciting market in the U.S. Not only have internationally renowned chefs opened live-food restaurants and to-go places, yet, retail chains such as Whole Foods have sections devoted specifically to raw-to-go meals.
